We move through a flat world of floor, sidewalks, and parking lots. Together, we will test our baseline balance and within the workshop, watch our numbers improve. Wear comfortable clothes and we will be taking our shoes off.

Meet and Greet opens at 6:45, Workshop begins at 7PM.
Cost for each Workshop: $20 each or $35 per couple. Cash or Venmo payment accepted at event.
